If any club or individual wishes to submit a rule change for the 2011 GCR's they have until the 14th of April to submit it to a commissioner. The process of having a rule changed/ excluded or included in the GCR's is a lengthy process and the Commissioners have one opportunity to present any submissions at the annual face to face meeting in May.
These submissions are then considered by the MA board (who invariably require additional information) and it all goes around inside the mill several times before it is rejected or ratified usually around Sept/Oct. So please don't miss this opportunity and get your submissions in early so we can ensure they are prepared well in advance of the 14th of April.
