The future of our sport rests with you - it's time to make your power felt.
You might have heard of the Whole of Sport Review that was done last year with 3,000 Australian riders. The Motorcycling Australia Board has been working with MA Council (the eight state/territory bodies) to move the administration of our sport to a new model where every rider can rely on efficient use of your money, fairness, better safety and reputable governance that our members deserve, with a new model and modern Constitution that is consistent with Australian Institute of Sport best practice governance guidelines for sporting bodies.
Our sport is practically run by eight State Boards. The national MA Board has been advocating for the efficient administration of our sport to be centralised to one CEO, supported by staff in each state to deliver great customer service to you and your Clubs and making MA and the SCBs much easier to deal with.
The Council appear reluctant to enable this to happen any time soon. We are asking you, the riders, volunteers and officials, to say what you want by answering this simple survey.
Now is your chance to speak up. The Board needs to be able to see what the people who make up our great nation of riders really think. Please help MA to deliver better service to you.
Have your say on the future of our sport
We think Australian riding should be managed professionally, fairly, transparently and equally. Visit our site to see more about this, then have your say. We need riders like you, Matthew, to drive a better future for all Australians who love bikes and riding.
