After two great days at the Top Naas Homestead for the Trials Club of Canberra first attempt at a ‘Scottish Style’ open trial everyone left with a smile on their face.
Riders were set the task of completing two laps of 24 sections each day, with the loop and sections reversed on day 2.
As this was the only open trial that the TCC hosted this year the trial also included the Howard Wallace Masters Shield which was awarded to the best rider 35 years or older in the yellow line. Toby Coleman took home the shield without dropping a point all weekend.
The Sherco Womens Cup was also awarded on Sunday afternoon to Michelle Coleman who was the best placed female rider.
Shane Richardson also took out the Jack Smith Memorial Trophy which is awarded to a new and up and coming clubman rider in NSW each year.
Full results from the trial are now available below.
