2023 Moto Dynamics Kids Try A Trial Series - 19th February

AJS MotoTrials Club is proud to present the 2nd event of the Moto Dynamics 2023 Kids Practice Summer Series.

In collaboration with the AJS MotoTrials Club, Moto Dynamics have gone above and beyond with the donation of 2 x Beta Electric Mini Trials Bikes (16" and 20") enabling young riders to have a crack riding a trials bike in a safe environment.

With four practice days spread over the summer months to keep the young riders entertained and with the newly donated bikes, this is a great opportunity for kids to jump on a trials bike for the first time or for the more experienced to get some practice in before the season kicks off (bonus - knacker the kids out).

We encourage everyone to spread the word far and wide to both family and friends who would love the kids to have a go without having to invest a small fortune. Also, and equally important, for those young veterans of the sport who want to get some summer practice in.

The second of The Moto Dynamics TryATrial days at the Trial Park will be Sunday 19th February. Gates will be open at 2pm. Riding from 2.30pm until 5pm followed by a sausage sizzle.

There will be 4 - 5 sections set out ranging from Intro through Black Plate and some easy white routes to keep the kids busy. A skid area will be set out for those wanting to show off their talents and a "How Slow Can You Go" downhill balance challenge.

If you are not a Club Member and/or do not have a Motorcycling Australia mini or junior licence, let us know through the registration process & we can make things happen at no extra cost on the day.

For ages 4 to 13.

Trials bikes up 80cc

All Trials mini/midi electric bikes

CRF50/PW50 autos or equivalent

Safety Gear Requirement: Helmet; Long sleeve top/jersey and Long pants; Off road boots - ideally of leather or similar durable material and of a length that overlaps the pant legs when seated on a bike; gloves are not mandatory but use them if you have them. Body Armour is not needed for trials but if you have it already, then all will be good. We may have some odd bits of riding gear available to borrow or share. Also, make sure you bring sunscreen, sunhats and Water!
