2016 QLD TITLES WRAP UP AND RESULTS
Last weekend saw the Central Queensland Trials Club hold the2016 Queensland Titles at Clarkes Property in Lowmead, Central Queensland.
The weather was perfect and we seemed to have quite a few spectators which is great for us up here, hopefully we will get some more riders soon!
There were 62 riders entered, we were hoping for more but think the drive to Central Queensland may have been a deterrent for some.
We had 10 sections each day with all completing three laps each day. Upper and lower grades all rode in the same sections. Sunday saw five new sections and five of the originals reworked.
A big Thank You to all of the observers - some of the sections were quite tricky to observe; but I’m sure most riders would agree enjoyable / challenging to ride thanks to Tony Bax.
Thanks again to all of you that came up for a visit, it made all the effort we put in worthwhile.
To all our club members thanks for the help, you have done us proud. For our small club we also had some very pleasing result from our riders. Particularly Sarah Chivers and Nicole Casey our two shining stars.(Photo attached).
