Motorcycling South Australia and Trials SA, along with the AJS MTC and Team Hogan are excited to announce that the 2019 South Australian Trial Championships will be heading to one of SA’s most iconic venues, Mungeree, at Bangor in the Southern Flinders Ranges, and home to the Hogan family.
First hosting the SA Championships in 2010, this was followed by also hosting the 2011 SA Championships, that were a part of Trials Week SA 2011, and since then Mungeree has hosted a round of the TROY Series SA annually, and is now the 5 time and defending Trials SA ‘Event of the Year’, as voted
on by the riders of SA.
While full details on the Championships will only be released in early to mid 2019, what can be guaranteed is this;
on-site camping from Friday evening
great food all weekend
a course that will have a huge variety – logs, creeks(hopefully flowing) , rocks, hills, banks
so, some of the best riding that can be had, anywhere in Australia.
Put this on your calendar now as it will be one event not to miss in 2019, and will be a great mid-season hit out before thing get serious in October in Tasmania!
Classes available will be as per 2018, with SA, as always, offering 2 Junior Classes for each, boys and girls (SA being the first state to offer 2 classes for the girls), Mini Trial for the grommets, the choice to ride the white or blue line on the old bikes, whichever they are, and 3 classes for sidecars!
