This is the 15th year of the Tasmanian Titles. If you're into that sort of thing, the 15th anniversary is crystal. Our trophies will not be crystal, but they'll be worth battling for.
We're at Mt Joy, not far from Launceston, on the March long weekend (for Tasmania and Victoria) so you've got loads of travel and recovery time on the Monday. If you're coming from the mainland, organise a van or ute to transport your gear here, talk to some mates, maybe have someone drive over with the gear while others fly to Launceston.
This will be the venue used for the Huon Aquaculture 2019 Australian Championships in October, come and get used to the shale, the big rocks and the fallen trees, it might work to your advantage. Remember, we've got the new Trial 1/2/3/4 (Expert, A, B and C grades) for the Aussies so there's going to be a lot of people competing who haven't been able to until now.
A counter meal will be organised for the Saturday night, it's a good time to talk up your riding, come out with some completely factual recounts of the day and devise a plan for the remainder of the competition.
Tassie people, if you could fill these in and bring them along to Mole Creek, that'd be ideal.
