Due to unforseen circumstances the Coona club's Two Day trial, scheduled for the long weekend of October 5th and 6th, has been put back one week, and will now be held on the weekend of 12th and 13th October. The club sincerely apologises to any riders who may have already made plans to compete on the long weekend. As many of you know, we are trying to provide trials competition in northern New South Wales, as most clubs are focussed on the major metropolitan areas of Sydney and Canberra. As you may also note, sometimes things just don't work out right, hence the change of date. For those of you thinking of making the trip, I can assure you the terrain we have secured is second to none in Australia and includes a creek with rocks in it worthy of a SSDT section.
We realise that travel may become a problem for some, so to help somewhat in that area the Satuday start will be at 11am, giving those of you who rise early plenty of time to make the trip to Tamworth on the Saturday morning. Sunday will kick off at around 8am, to finish early enough in the afternoon to make travel home easier. The site has excellent camping and van facilities as well as a bunkhouse with mattresses for those wishing to use it. There are also showers and toilets and a well equipped camp kitchen on site just metres away from the sections. Attached is a copy of the regs and an entry form. The site is at the end of Upper Moore Creek Rd and will be signposted from the nearest junction.
