There is only 3 days left to get your entry in for the Sherco Motorcycles 2010 Australian Moto-Trials Championships.
As entry numbers now push towards the 100 mark, competitors are reminded that entries close last mail (this) Friday 6thAugust 2010 – late entries will not be accepted!
If you are planning on entering and haven’t already done so, today would be the day to get something done!
Supplementary Regulations and Entry Forms can be accessed from the dedicated Sherco Motorcycles 2010 Australian Moto-Trials Championships website that has been set up at - http://www.ma.org.au/
Please note Supplementary Regulations for the Queensland Indoor Arena Championships (28/29 August) will be released very shortly.
Competitors who are planning on entering both the Sherco Motorcycles 2010 Australian Moto-Trials Championships and the Queensland Indoor Arena Championships, and ‘may’ have been waiting to send entry forms for the two events together are encouraged not too wait any longer – as leaving it too late to submit your entry for the Australian Championships may lead to disappointment.
A reminder that a ‘Working Bee’ is scheduled to take place at Thunderbird Park on Sunday 15th August 2010. If you are able to volunteer some time to assist on this day please contact Andrew Carpenter on 0414 946 317 – all assistance would be greatly appreciated.
The event organisers have received a good response to their request for Observers for the event, however some more ‘experienced’ Observers would be beneficial.
An Observer Refresher Training session, covering the latest rules, will be held at Thunderbird Park at 10am on Sunday 15thAugust 2010. Attendance at this session is not compulsory. Morning tea will be provided.
Anyone interested in nominating as an Observer and / or interested in attending the Observer Refresher Training session is asked to contact Paul McAllister [email protected] (07) 3824-3799, mb: 0447 052 758 to register their interest.
Finally, competitors and visitors to the Championships, of a voting age, who haven’t already organized a postal vote (or made up their mind…) are advised that a polling both for the Federal Election on Saturday 21st August will be set up at Tamborine Mountain State High School in Holt Rd, North Tamborine – approximately 15 minutes drive from Thunderbird Park.
