For all those who have entered the May 15 "1 day" Jeff Gough Memorial Trial via email, and for that matter snail mail, as entries have now closed please review the attached Entrants List and ensure that your name is not only there but has also been entered in the correct Division. If not please contact me immediately so I can rectify the problem in advance, not on the day of the event.
Thankyou to everyone who made the effort to comply with the two week event entry cut off date, the SQTA executive committee, and more importantly, the Gough family are much appreciative regarding your overwhelming responce.
Please be aware that Machinery Exam and Sign In commence at 7.00am and run thru to 8.30am with Jeff's rememberance ceremony, followed by rider breifing, to commence at 8.45am sharp so please ensure that you plan your arrivals accordingly. As I'm sure you appreciate with such a large field there is a lot to get through.
Please be aware that the committee has elected to forgo the usual 45 min midday lunch break to speed up proceedings and allow the spit roast to be served earlier after the event completion around 2.30pm.
