Preparation for The NSW Trial Championship on the 15th and 16th of September is coming along well. Yesterday the section setting group headed by Andrew Trezise and Matthew Rose completed the section loop and allocating of the sections, and all the areas have been cleared in preparation of the splits being set.
At this stage all riders will be competing over a 12 section loop (4 loops for most grades per day), that will be an average of 16 kms per day. There will be all new sections on Day 2, not a repeat or reversal of Day 1.
The Start/Finish area is at "The Dam", the highest area at Pacific Park and running along the ridge lines - featuring both "Dave's Lookout", and the "River Lookout," before looping back past "Wave Rock" and encorporating a few sections running parrallel with the access road. It's a good size loop and we hope enjoyable for all.
For those riders coming from afar the Park will be open for Trials riding and camping the weekdays leading up to the event, so please come and visit. There is hundreds of acres of superb trials riding apart from the area allocated for the weekend competition. You wont be bored.
Huge thanks to all the helpers at the Working Bee yesterday.... Props to Anthony Cummins, Arjun Jayendran, Nosh Mistry, Gary Toft, Andre Horne and Ken Day for a big effort.
