More than 20 riders enjoyed some fine weather and good trials terrain at Queensland Ossa come and try day near Canungra on Sunday.
Three Ossa TR280i motorcycles were available for riders at all levels. Ossa Queensland dealer Scott Carpenter said it was a great to have the opportunity to demonstrate the motorcycles and acknowledged the support of the Hinchliffe family who own the property where the event took place. “Thanks also to Ossa importer Don Murray from Motocentral Group for attending and Motorcycling Queensland for the assistance with the required paperwork for the event,” Scott said...(pictured: Former Aussie Champ Kale Reed puts the OSSA through its paces)
“The reception for the new Ossas has been fantastic and many have applauded the new fuel injected engine, Ohlins suspension, overall rideability and quality – it is clear the major investment in the future of trials machines by Ossa has paid off,” he added.
Western Districts Trials Club rider Rob Wager was impressed by the new machine – “It is the best 280 or 290 I have ridden, it feels just right and power comes on very smoothly – I also like the fuel injection”, he said.
