Beta Motorcycles has revealed its MY26 Sincro Factory trials range, introducing a series of performance upgrades aimed at competition riders seeking top-level capability.
Building on the all-new MY26 Sincro platform, the Sincro Factory range represents the brand’s premium trials offering. Designed with a focus on reduced weight, sharper response and improved rider connection, the Factory models feature engine and chassis refinements developed for elite-level competition.
Competition-Focused Platform
The Sincro Factory range is based on the all-new Sincro platform, which introduced major changes for
2026, including:
- Hydroformed single-beam aluminium frame with integrated fuel cell
- Revised suspension geometry and updated rear linkage ratio
- Lightweight redesigned swingarm
- New engine design with direct cylinder reed intake
- Redesigned cooling system with hidden internal passages
- All-new adjustable diaphragm clutch
- Updated rear brake, hubs and airbox
From this base, Beta has refined both engine and chassis components to create a lighter, sharper and
more race-ready package.
Chassis and Suspension Upgrades
The Sincro Factory models receive significant chassis refinements:
Front Fork
The updated fork features revised internals, reduced tube length (-10mm) and a TIN coating for reduced
friction and smoother action. Double compression damping improves landing support while reducing
pitching under braking. Rebound and preload adjustments allow fine tuning.
Rear Shock
A Factory-specific rear shock features revised mounting and updated linkage settings for improved
progression and mass centralisation. Compression, rebound and preload are all adjustable.

Engine Updates Across the Range
The Sincro Factory models feature several key upgrades over the standard versions:
Magnesium Engine Cases
New black magnesium crankcases reduce overall weight by approximately 1kg compared to the standard
model, improving agility and handling. A redesigned cooling circuit prevents coolant from contacting the
magnesium, ensuring durability.
Titanium Exhaust System
The Factory models receive a redesigned full titanium exhaust system. On the 250 and 300 models, the
larger-diameter manifold improves mid-to-high rpm performance while reducing weight by more than 500
grams. The 125 model also receives a titanium exhaust, with dimensions specifically tuned to optimise
performance for the smaller capacity engine.
Upgraded Clutch (250/300)
The diaphragm-style clutch in the 250cc and 300cc models now features seven plates (up from six),
increasing torque capacity by approximately 20 percent while maintaining a light lever feel. Riders can
also adjust clutch preload in three positions to suit conditions and preference.

Dual Spark 300cc – A First for Trials
A standout feature for 2026 is the introduction of a dual spark plug system on the 300 2T Factory, marking a first in the trials segment.
The redesigned cylinder and head feature two spark plugs to deliver more uniform combustion, smoother
low-rpm response and improved torque control — critical in technical trials sections. The system also
enhances heat management and reduces the likelihood of plug fouling during extended use.
A revised ECU mapping complements the engine changes, balancing stronger performance with precise
throttle control.
As with previous Factory models, the MY26 Sincro Factory range does not include an electric starter,
keeping weight to a minimum for competition use.

Race-Focused Components
Additional premium components include:
- CNC-machined blue anodised triple clamps
- Black CNC footpegs
