What payment methods are supported?
We support VISA, Mastercard and AMEX(slightly higher fee applies for AMEX). We use an aussie payment provider called PinPayments to process your payment. Trials.com.au doesn't store a copy of your payment details, only our payment provider has access to this. You can read more about how we handle your information in our privacy policy.
I can't make this event anymore. Can I get a refund?
We can process refunds (only according to any event instructions in the supp regs or at the discretion of the event organiser) back to the same payment method you used. If you would like a refund or have any questions about your entry, reach out to the event contact. Their details are on the entry email and the event page.
What happens after I enter?
You will receive an entry confirmation email and an invoice for your payment.
